Ana Flávia Garcia (1997, Alegrete/RS) é artista e professora de artes, vive e trabalha em Porto Alegre (RS). Possui grau de bacharel em Artes Visuais pelo Instituto de Artes da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.
Seu trabalho é focado em pintura, desenho, escultura e seus entrelaçamentos. Participou de exposições coletivas e publicações no Brasil e no exterior; realizou, no início de 2020, sua primeira exposição individual, “Ainda anônimos”, no Centro Cultural Erico Verissimo, e, no mesmo ano, recebeu menção honrosa por obra selecionada na Bienal Oswaldo Goeldi; em 2022, realizou sua segunda exposição individual, “Noite da matéria, luz da alma”, no Espaço Ado Malagoli (IA/UFRGS).
Suas pinturas estão presentes em coleções particulares nos Estados Unidos, Inglaterra, Chipre, Portugal, Espanha e Brasil.
Ana Flávia Garcia (1997, Alegrete/RS) is a contemporary artist and arts teacher based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. She holds a bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from the UFRGS Institute of Arts; and has also studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, in Portugal.
Her work focuses on painting, drawing, sculpture and its intertwining. She participated in exhibitions and publications in Brazil and abroad; At the beginning of 2020, she held her first solo exhibition, “Still Anonymous”, at the Centro Cultural Erico Verissimo, and, in the same year, received an honorable mention for a work selected at the Oswaldo Goeldi Biennial; In 2022, she held her second solo exhibition, “Night of matter, light of the soul”, at Espaço Ado Malagoli (IA / UFRGS).
Her paintings are present in private collections in the United States, England, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain and Brazil.
